(ii) John Claxton of Christchurch, London, gent (iii) Henry Robinson of the same, jeweller Recites that Jane and her sister Elizabeth are joint heirs of their father Hazard Austin, decd. and hold the property. John Claxton has several times lent sums of money to Mary Austin, wid., mother of Jane and Eliz., amounting to £263.6s.8d., to support and educate her daughters, which Jane now wishes to secure for repayment. - moiety of the inn called the George and piece of land aptg.
