Was pleased to hear of the baptism of Mrs [Isabel Julia] Askew and George's son and will take a double interest in little Charles Searle as his godfather. Was concerned to see mentioned in Mrs Askew's letter of weakness in George's chest. Asks that Mrs Askew send a photograph of her and the child as he keeps pictures of all his godchildren in an album.
