Anniversary wishes. Sending Hugh's silver ring, that originally belonged to Robert Topham Steele, father's first cousin, who drowned at Oxford aged 21. Have given a little silver spoon and fork 'for the dear little daughter' [Patricia], who will be christened on Sunday. Writer has been singing in the manor room. Have moved the piano; the tuner found some mould inside, so having a daily fire in the manor room over Easter.
