Extraction Convition, under the Summary Jurisdiction (Scotland) Act 1908 In the Sheriff Court of Stirling, Dumbarton & Clackmannan at Falkirk Name of Accused, Francis Coligan, Labourer, 54 High Street, Falkirk Date of Conviction, 1st May 1920 Offence of which conviced, Theft of a pair of trousers * aggravated by the previous Convictions set forth in the schedule annexed hereto; ( see QSR1920/4/3/2) Sentence; Imprisonment 60 days In respect of which Sentence, Warrant is hereby Granted to Officers of the Law to convey the Accused to the Prison of Falkirk & for the detention of the Accused therein for 60 days from the date of imprisonment.
