- Scope and ContentRecitals: Covenants: 1. (ii) will pay to (i) the sum of £200 and 2. will lend to Thomas Howard £150 3. Thomas Howard will pay the other Trustees by the 25th March 1891 £350 with interest at the rate of £4 per cent per annum, and as long as any of the principal sum remains due, to pay the trustees in half yearly payments on the 25th March and 29th Sept. 4. (i) and Thomas Howard conveys unto the Trustees the 29 perches plus all buildings upon it subject to the proviso that the mortgage will be vacated upon Howard or his heirs' repayments.
