    Property: 29 perches of land situate at Clifton, Beds. Contains plan delineating land boundaries. Includes all rights of way and easements, free right of passage including with horses, carts and carriages at all times and for all purposes along road adjoining. Recitals: a. (i) has agreed with (ii) "for the absolute sale of the land hereinafter mentioned and intended to be hereby conveyed for an estate of inheritance in fee simple in possession free from incumbrances at the price of £43 10s." b. Referring to covenant to maintain a fence mentioned in Z501/52. Covenants: 1. Refers back to Covenant 1 in Z501/52. Schedule: Exactly the same as Z501/53 plus: 21st May 1881 - Indenture of transfer of this date btween (i) Mary Bowyer, (ii) A.S. Wade-Gery and (iii) Thomas Harwood-White 12th March 1885 - Indenture of Transfer made between (i) George Bowyer, (ii) Thomas Hardwood-White and (iii) A.S. Wade-Gery. Witnesses: Arthur Staunton Wade-Gery and Thomas Howard Signed, sealed and delivered by A.S. Wade-Gery and Thomas Howard in the presence of William Hodgetts.
