    Reciting surrender of James Flint, Warden, farmer, on trusts, of: - cottage, now in 3 tenements, formerly in occupation of Henry Hutton, late Henry Wand and now of William Dilley, Richard Pain and widow Randal, in Green End, Stotfold at a yearly rent of 3s - 5 1/2 ac land in common fields of Stotfold, now in occupation of William Rainsden, Stotfold, tailor To which James Flint was admitted tenant at a Court held on 26 July 1809, under a surrender by Henry Wand, on trusts for securing weekly sum of 6s to Henry Wand (since deceased) for life. The property to go to use of William Rainsden. William Rainsden is now admitted tenant.
