By his will dated 17 October 1766 he devised his cottage and blacksmiths shop etc and 5 1/2 acre land (with others) to wife Mary, since deceased, during her life or widowhood and then to son Henry Wand. Said Henry Wand is not admitted to premises (late Street's)
