Fletcher Esquire Clerk of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Biggleswade in the County of Bedford. Take notice that I, Victor George Arthur Wells of Langford in the County of Bedford being aggrieved by the hereinafter mentioned order do intend at the next General Quarter Sessions of the Peace to be holden at the Shire Hall, Bedford in and for the said County to appeal against a certain order made against me by the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Biggleswade aforesaid on the 3rd day of December 1919 for payment of the sum of 7/6 per week to the said Doris Mabel Clarke in respect of her bastard child of which I was adjudged to be the putative father until it shall attain the age of 16 years or if it shall die under that age until the date of its death and that the general grounds of such appeal are: - (1) That I am not the father of the child. (2) That there was no or no sufficient evidence to justify the said order. (3) That the decision was against the weight of evidence.
