    (i) Dan Peacock, now of Keysoe, farmer (ii) sd Dan Peacock and wife Elizabeth Mary Woodward, Great Staughton, widow (iii) John Hewitt, Great Staughton, carpenter (iv) William Dixey, Wilden, farmer (v) Joseph Savill, St. Neots, Hunts, draper Reciting that Mary Woodward and Elizabeth Peacock were daughters of Thomas Woodward, dec., who died on 1807 and whose will was proved in the Archdeaconry of Huntingdon. Allotment in Town Field put up for sale at auction at Green Man, in Great Staughton on 11 Novemebt 1817 at which sale (iii) was purchaser for sum of £120. Now in consid. of £120 pd to (i) by (iii) at request of Mary Woodward and Elizabeth Peacock (i) assigns to (iii) - 2 acres ground in Town Field, Great Staughton part bounded turnpike road from Staughton town to Riseley other part (iii) other part George Parker remaining part Mrs Sarah Buxton to hold to remainder of said term of 1000 years Also in consid. of £55 (part of said £120) pd by (iii) in discharge of said mortgage and £65 residue (i) and (ii) release to (iii) - sd piece if land (ii) in Hilary term, 48 Geo III levied a fine of said property, but no uses of said fine have yet been declared. Now declared to be to (iii) and such uses as he shall appoint.
