- Conveyance 17 June 1926 between 1) Henry Young the younger of Maitland Street, Bedford, architect and surveyor and 2) Guy Frederick Smallwood of 44 Gratton Road, Bedford, clerk. Which recites that Henry Young deceased late of Bedford at his death on 27 July 1920 having an estate, which by his will dated 1 Feb 1917 left amongst other things his freehold building estate known as the Westfield Building Estate at Bedford to 1) and appointed 1) and Millicent Sarah Young and the public trustee to be the executors of his will. Recites proving of the will 13 Nov 1920 and assent of executors.

- all that piece of land in the Parish of St Paul, Bedford forming part of the Westfield Building Estate on the West side of All Saints Road to which it has a frontage of 30 feet and bounded North and West by other property of 1) and South by property of Harry Smallwood the younger and East by All Saints Road. Plan. Restrictive covenants listed in first schedule. 2nd schedule lists Indenture of conveyance 16 Oct 1907 between Jessie Blyth King and Henry Young.
- Mortgage 23 Oct 1926 between Guy Frederick Smallwood and Alfred Ernest Field of Bedford. For £425 with interest for term of 3000 years on - all that messuage and other buildings erected on the before abstracted hereditaments known as Kincraig and then in the occupation of Guy Frederick Smallwood. Endorsed with vacating receipt dated 31 Dec 1936 A E Field having received all principal money and interest.
- Mortgage 1st Jan 1937 between G F Smallwood then of Spalding, Lincs, solicitor and William Fitzalan Howard of Spalding, solictor for £400. Endorsed with receipt dated Jan 1949 W F Howard having received all principal moeny and interest.
