Joseph Baker is charged with the following Offence: Statement of Offence: - Burglary, contrary to Section 25 of the Larceny Act 1916 Particulars of Offence: - Joseph Baker in the night of the thirty first day of August 1918 in the County of Bedford did break and enter the dwelling house of John Bartholomew with intent to commit a felony therein namely with intent to steal therein. Joseph Baker has been previously convicted of felony, to wit, burglary on the fifth day of April; 1916 at the Quarter Sessions held at Bedford in and for the County of Bedford Joseph Baker is a habitual criminal.
