    Between: (i) Richard Gadsden of Eaton Bray, baker and John Henley, dealer in straw plait. (ii) Robert Sutton Gray of Edlesborough, Buckinghamshire, victualler (the Treasurer of a certain Friendly Society held at the Bell Inn Edlesborough established on the 4 June 1810), Samuel Row of Eaton Bray, tailor and William Watts of Edlesborough, straw factor (stewards of the Friendly Society). Recites: - indenture of 19 May 1840 [see Z1813/13]. - £150 is the proper monies of (ii). Operative part: - (i) agrees and covenants with (ii) shall stand and be possessed of and interested in the £150 - on trust that as long as the sum of £150 continues to stand in their name (i) shall be responsible for paying the interests and proceeds to (ii) - on further trust (i) immediately after they have called in the £150 shall pay the sum and all interests to (i) Provisions: (i) shall not be charged accountable for any more of the trust in money than they shall receive or its loss. (i) cand deduct or reimburse for charges or costs relating to the management or execution thereof (i) during the trusts created with the consent in writing of (ii) can call in £150 and interest and invest the sum in government securities.
