Downside Lower School was formed in 1978 on the amalgamation of Downside County Primary School with Oakwood Infant school. The establishment closed on 31 August 2012 and was succeeded by St Augustine's Academy Trust.
Archival history
Material was deposited by the school in 2009 as accession 10060. This material covered minutes of the school governors and their commitees and some material relating to the names and training of governors.
