    Bedfordshire (to Wit) The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that George Darker on the 16th day of June in the year one thousand nine hundred and fifteen, one motor bicycle of the Goods and Chattels of one John Everard Digby Neale feloniously did steal take and carry away. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that the said George Darker on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did received and have the Goods and Chattels aforesaid feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, he the said George Darker then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided. 3rd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the twenty third day of January in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen at the court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at West Bromwich in and for the County of Stafford the said George Darker was convicted of Felony.
