- Scope and ContentWe the Davis Gas Stove Company Ltd whose registered Office is situated at 200 Camberwell Road London, being the owners of the land described in & coloured pink on the plan hereunto annexed, through which part of a certain highway known as Dallow Road in the Borough of Luton is intended to be diverted & turned, in consideration of an Agreement dated 10th July 1914 made between Arthur George Ferguson, Harold Garnier Papillon & Edwrad Sidney Wilbraham of the first part, the Mayor, Aldermen & Burgesses of the Borough of Luton of the second part, the Luton Gas Company of the third part & ourselves of the fourth part. Do hereby Consent to the making & continuing such new highway through our land. Given under our Common Seal this 5th March 1915 signed; ? Addis Price, H R Davis, Directors. Seaton{loood} secretary
