The Jurors for our lord the King upon their Oath present that Frederick Charles Gray on the twenty-ninth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and fourteen, about the hour of five of the clock in the night of the same day the dwelling house of Water Crawley situate in the parish of Luton in the County aforesaid feloniously and burglariously did break and enter with intent the goods and chattels of the said Walter Crawley in the said dwelling house then being feloniously and burglariously to steal, take and carry away and three watches, one chain, one pair of boots, two boots and one medal of the value of two pounds of the goods and chattels of the said Walter Crawley then in the said dwelling house then feloniously and burglariously did steal take and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity

And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the Twenty-eighth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and nine at the General Session of the Delivery of the Gaol holden at Chelmsford in and for the County of Essex the said Frederick Charles Gray was convicted of Felony.
