    County of Suffolk. These are to Certify, that at the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace, holden at the County Hall, Ipswich, in and for the said County of Suffolk, on the Twenty-second day of October in the year of Our Lord One Thousand Nine Hundred and Nine Samuel Watson was in due form of law convicted on his own confession on a certain indictment against him for having on or about the twenty third day of July, One thousand nine hundred and nine feloniously and maliciously killed one ewe with intent them feloniously to steal part of the said ewe. The said Samuel Watson having been previously convicted of felony. And that the said Samuel Watson was by the said Court and adjudged for the said offence to be sent to Penal Servitude for five years.
