Sir, We hereby give you notice of our intention of apply, in accordance with Section 207, Subsection 1, of the Lunacy Act 1890, for the renewal of the Licence of Springfield House at the ensuing Quarter Session, Miss Mary Bellars and William Scott Bower intent to reside therein. We append a list of the manes, numbers and class of the patients at present detained here as required by the Board of Control’s Rules under the Lunacy Act 1890.
