Property: (a) Messuage formerly held by Peter Reyma[y]ker, then Thomas Foulkes, then Walter Carker and then Thomas Perot senior, situated between land held by Thomas Yorke on one side and land held by Richard Spayn on the other. To be held according to the customs of the manor for a rent of 2s 8d p.a. and suit of court, following payment of an entry fine. Roger to provide a new building on the messuage, which is to be repaired and kept up at Roger’s own expense.
