    Gift of (i) William Seybrok (Seabrook?) of Wheathamstead, Herts to (ii) Richard Kylbeye (Kelber?) and his son William of Property: (a) 1 acre and 1 rood of land with a hedge and embankment lying in two parcels in West Hyde in Luton in a field called "Bromfield" next to land lately held by William Parke and Richard Kelber on the one part, and land lately held of Reginald and John Cockayne on the other and abutting of the one part land lately held by William Parke and Richard Kelber. (b) 2 roods of land next to land lately held of the said Reginald and John Cockayne of the one part and next to the land of John Sparke on the other part, and abutting the other rood of land aforementioned and also above the croft called North Croft. William Seabrook lately held these roods and acre with Robert Smith of West Hyde of the gift of Thomas Threader of the parish of Wheathampstead in a charter of enfeoffment given on the 1st March 1447, Witnesses: John Thrale, William Henham, John Smith, Robert Laurence, John Aylemer and others. 1 Seal
