Property:
(a) 4 acres of land and the woods growing above lying in West Hyde next to the street called Paynes Lane of the eastern part, and of the other part abutting upon the King's highway leading from Luton opposite Harpenden, and of the other part upon Puresley Street.
All lands and tenements thereon lately held of the gift and feoffment of William Purvey.
