(a) 1 croft of land and meadow called "Pyggescroft" ["Pig's Croft"] in West Hyde next to[?] the road leading from "Thacheforde Brygge" ["Thatchford Bridge?"] towards a headland meadow of John Spendelowe and a headland of meadow lately of John Carpenter which croft, land and meadow were lately given to Robert Howe and John Smith jointly with Valentine Baliff and William Ipping who are already dead.
