(a) One acre of land lying in the field of Luton called "Bryggefeld" [Brig Field?] near the land of the prior of Dunstable on the one part and the land of John Bedford, and abutting on the one head the lane which leads from "Burymulldam" towards "Stoppislegh" [Stopsley] and one acre of land lying in "Kynsfordfeld" of Luton near to the land of John Prytwell, prior and the land of Robert Colyn abutting on the second head above the River Lea.
