    Gift of (i) The Canon Chaplain of Westoning, John Keygyll of Toddington and William Harding of Harlington to (ii) William Ipping, William Purvey, William Schetefold all of Luton of Property: (a) 1 wood with tenement lying in West Hyde in Luton between Payneshull on the west part and the street called Payneslane on the east part, and chiefly abutting upon the King’s highway leading to the aforementioned Luton facing Harpenden and on the other part chiefly upon "Puresley Street". The wood with tenement lately was demised and enfeoffed to Richard Lincoln of Harlington with all land and tenements in the township in the field of Harlington, Wood End and Dunstable jointly/in common with John Carpent[er] upon his death.
