Correspondence: 83 Russell Road, Bowes Park. London Road September 23rd 1911 Dear Henry, it was only yesterday that I found out your whereabouts and you can imagine how sorrowful we all feel to learn that you are again in Prison. What is it for? Mr. [Yalleys] told Budgie, but did not mention what you had done. Why do you choose to make prison your home, when you might if you would only be good be living in your own good home. Oh boy! For your father and mothers sake turn over a new leaf. Ask God to change your heart I pray for you morning and night that you may be brought back to the right bath. I cannot hear the thought of you my son drifting away into the abys of misery and sin. I am left here six weeks ago for Australia, and Wally re-joined his regiment and returned to India last week after a holiday of six months. Do not forget to answer my letter. Hoping you will soon be at liberty. God bless and protect you, from your Mother, H Byne
