Rex v. W.J. Kendrick, Appellant Sir, I enclose herewith a letter received from the Criminal Appeal Office in London, which has no doubt been sent to me in error. The exhibits referred to would be attached to the depositions which I believe are in ypur possession. I might say for your information that Kendrick was sentenced to five years penal srvitude at the last Quarter Sessions.
