... 2 acres, part of 5 acres 3 roods 20 perches in Stockings or Stocking Common Field in Hawnes as now marked out from the residue of the field, bounded by land lately sold by said William Eames to Lord Carteret on East and West (East part since disposed of to Joseph Twitchell Valentine), other land of Lord Carteret on North, land of Samuel Wiles and Thomas King on South
to such uses as (ii) shall appoint and after determination of estate in his life to (iii) in trust for (ii)
