Indictment of Henry Howard The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that Henry Howard on the Twenty ninth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen, one silver watch, one watch, one silver chain, one chain, one silver pin, one pin and one watch case of the goods and chattels of one Jane Fensome feloniously did steal, take, and carry away. Second Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the twenty-fifth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and thirteen at the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Marylebone Police Court in the County of London the said Henry Howard was convicted of Felony. Plea: Guilty. Sentence: Six months with Hard Labour.
