On 5th February 1913 they did break and enter the dwelling house of Arthur John Powdrill in the Parish of Luton and did steal one belt, one glove and a sealskin coat value £25, the property of Maud and Arthur John Powdrill. 2nd Count; against Arthur Thomas Day for feloniously receiving the same property 3rd Count; against Joseph Streeton for previous conviction of felony 4th Count; againt Arthur Thomas Day for previous conviction of felony Pleas; (both) not guilty Verdict; (both) guilty, previous convictions admitted Sentence; 6 months imprisonment each with hard labour
