Ar the Petty Sessions Division of Wellingborough. before the court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at the Police Court in Wellingborough on 22nd December 1905. Joseph Stratton of no fixed address, Dealer, is this day charged that he on 19th December last at Higham Park Northampton did unlawfully & feloniously steal, take & carry away 3 sheep skins & 2 sacks of the value of 8 shillings , the property of Hartopp Burns. The defendant having consented to be dealt with summarily is convicted of the said offence & to be imprisoned in Nothampton for 1 month with hard labour. N Pearce Sharman, Edward Sharman, justices of the Peace for the county.
