Mortage: £430 (2) provides mortgage to (1) secured by - All that piece or parcel of land on the north west side of a street there known as Britain Street (formerly called England's Lane) to which it has a frontage of 28 feet 6 inches or thereabouts and running in depth backwards there from 93 feet or thereabouts, which said piece or parcel of land is situate on the north east side of other property belonging to (2) and is shown on the plan drawn on a conveyance dated 7 February 1945 between Percy Wood Flemons and John Henry Hoare of the one part and (1) of the other part (see Z1362/4/20) together with the three garages erected thereon or some part thereof. Receipt of mortgage repayment dated 4 March 1953 signed by (2)
