Large notice informing that the Quarter Sessions to be held on 3rd July 1912 will discuss the order to stop up and divert the public highway in the parish of Totternhoe and that the old & the new plans will be lodged with William Woodfine Marks, Clerk of the Peace in Bedford on or before 31st May 1912. they can also be seen up to 18th May 1912 at the home of James East, clerk to the Parish Council or at the offices of B B Franklin, surveyor to Luton Rural District Council, at Market Hill Luton. dated 23rd April 1912
