    The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath present that Frederick Tilcock and Thomas Tilcock on the first day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve unlawfully and maliciously did wound one John Duke Sawrey against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. 2nd Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid, do further present that Frederick Tilcock and Thomas Tilcock on the day and in the year aforesaid upon the said John Duke Sawrey unlawfully and maliciously did inflict certain grievous bodily harm against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity.
