    1) a) John Gillham of Highfield House, Caddington, Hertfordshire, farmer b) Philip Russell Spencer of Hertford, Hertfordshire, confectioner 2) John Henry Limbrey of Dunstable, ironmonger 3) Martha Gillham of Highfield House, Caddington, Hertfordshire, spinster Consideration: £150 Recites Indenture of mortgage dated 12 January 1884 between (1a) and Elizabeth Ewer, widow (since deceased) All those two several messuages, cottages or tenements and premises situated or being on the north east side of the street formerly called Mount Street and now known as Edward Street in Dunstable and numbered 60 & 61 in the said street which said messuages were then and all now in the occupation of William Bracey and are bounded on the north west by a messuage of Messrs Roberts and Wilson and on the south east side by a messuage of Miss Higgs. Mortgage of £150 provided by Elizabeth Ewer to (1a) Death of Elizabeth Ewer 20 July 1886 Will of Elizabeth Ewer dated 13 November 1885. Will proven 2 September 1886 appointing executors (1a) & (1b) (3) to pay to (1a & 1b) the outstanding amount of £150 at the request of (2). Property conveyed to (3), consideration outstanding to her pending payment of mortgage by (2)
