    The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath presents that George Robinson on the 5th February day in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twelve was a Servant to the Vauxhall Motors Limited and that the said George Robinson whilst he was such Servant as aforesaid to wit on the day and year aforesaid, eighty four drills, one American hand brace, two sticks, one hundred and forty four hacksaws, three hammers, four pairs of gas pliers, three pairs of pliers, three shifters, fifteen files, two steel rules, two screw drivers, two pairs of callipers, one drill gauge, one steel square, twenty spanners, one hundred oil elbows and twenty two copper pipes. Of and belonging to the said Vauxhall Motors Limited his Masters feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided. 2nd Count: And Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that the said George Robinson on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have the Goods and Chattels aforesaid before then aforesaid feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, he the said George Robinson then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute is such case made and provided.
