- Scope and ContentThe Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath presents that William Farrin and Charles Farrin on the 1st February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred twelve , and twelve, two pairs of socks and four socks of the Goods and Chattels of one James William Kingsley feloniously did steal take and carry away. 2nd Count. And Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that the said William Farrin and Charles Farrin on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have the Goods and Chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously stolen, taken and carried away, they the said William Farrin and Charles Farrin then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute is such case made and provided. 3rd Count. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that on the eighth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and eleven at the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Daventry in the County of Northampton the said Charles Farrin was convicted of Felony.
