- Scope and ContentThe Jurors for our Lord the King upon their Oath presents that Charles Mayling on the 13th November 1911, five live tame and domesticated fowls of the Goods and Chattels of one Dan Sharman feloniously did steal take and carry away. 2nd Count. And Jurors aforesaid upon their Oath aforesaid, do further present that the said Charles Mayling on the day aforesaid in the year aforesaid feloniously did receive and have the Goods and Chattels aforesaid so as aforesaid feloniously stole, taken and carried away, he said Charles Mayling then well knowing the said goods and chattels to have been feloniously stolen, taken and carried away against the form of the Statute is such case made and provided. Plea: Not Guilty. Verdict: Guilty. Sentence: 6 weeks imprisonment in 2nd Division. Signed by W.W. Marks.
