    1) Albert Henry Langridge of Duxford, Cambridgeshire, physician and surgeon 2) a) Gilbert Sinkwell of Dunstable, engineer b) Reverend James Jonas Brown of Cirencester, Gloucestershire, baptist minister Consideration: £400 Recites: Indenture of mortgage dated 3 November 1876 between John Langridge, gentlemen, late of Dunstable, since deceased and the said (2a) and George Broad, farmer (trustees of the will of Edward Hezel) relating to - All that piece or parcel of land situate and being in or near Moordike Lane (now called St Mary's Street), Dunstable, more particularly described in the plan drawn in the margin of a conveyance dated 4 June 1869 made between Thomas Rudd, farmer of the first part, Rev William Carpenter, baptist minister, of the second part and the said John Langridge of the third part, which continued in front from east to west next St Marys Street, 49 feet, 6 inches and at the back next a road called Chapel Walk, 55 feet 6 inches and in depth from front to back 98 feet. Together with all those four messuages or tenements erected thereon then in the occupations of Burgess, Day, Darby and Puddephatt. And secondly all those two messuages or tenements, ground, outbuildings and premises situated in a street formerly called Mount Street but then known as Edward Street, Dunstable, known as Nos 66 & 67 in the same street. Will of Edward Hezel, deceased Death of George Broad 16 December 1878 Indenture dated 15 October 1880 between (2a) of the first part and (2a) and Rev Thomas Wood, Wesleyan minister of the other part appointing Thomas Wood as substitute trustee for will of Edward Hezel.
