All that piece or parcel of land situate in the parish of Dunstable on the south west side of and adjoining a street there called Victoria Street and having a frontage to the said street of 18 feet which said piece of land formerly constituted Lot 103 of the British Land Company's estate at Dunstable. Together with the messuage and premises erected thereon and now known as No 1 Victoria Street formerly in the occupation of the said Charles Joseph Derbyshire and late of Mrs Cheshire.
