All that freehold messuage and premises situate in King Street, Dunstable known as No 57 Lansdowne Villas, with the gardens to the front and rear of the same, as the same is now in the occupation of Mr G. B. Milner.
All that piece or parcel of land or ground situate at the rear of the before mentioned messuage and extending at the rear to Lovers Walk to which it has a frontage of 17 feet 1 inch ... together with a right of way and passage at all times and for all purposes for the said (2) her heirs and assigns and tenants and servants in common with the said (2) (the owner of the adjoining premises No 58) over and along the passage between Nos 57 and 58.
