Charles Mayling, 44, Dealer (Bailed). On 30th November 1911, at Kensworth, did steal five live fowls, value 10s the property of Dan Sharman. Previous Offences: Once find for Drunkenness 2. William Farrin, 28, Gardener. On 1st February 1912, at Biggleswade, did steal two pairs of men's socks, of the value of 1s 6d, the property of John William Kingsley. 3. Charles Farrin, 21 Labourer. On 1st February 1912, at Biggleswade, did steal two pairs of men's socks, of the value of 1s 6d, the property of John William Kingsley. 4. Horace Stevens, 49, Labourer. (Bailed 10th February 1912.) Between 28th January and 1st February 1912 at Goldington, did steal two lead pumps, value£2:10:0, the property of George Walter. Previous Offences: Four times fined for Drunkenness. 5. George Robinson (Bailed on Committal.) Between1st February and 5th February 1912, at Luton, did steal a quantity of tools and motor materials, value £11:0:0, the property of the Vauxhall Motors Ltd. Previous Offences: Mon. Div. 11 Police Court to London 10-9-08 Stealing fittings and tools. 6. Charles Bromwich (Bailed on Committal.) Between 1st February and 5th February 1912, did steal a magneto, value £12:10:0, property of Vauxhall Motors Limited. Also between 26th and 30th November 1911, did steal magneto, value £12:0:0 the property of the Vauxhall Motors Ltd. Previous offences: Bound Over. Police Court St. Albans 20.7.04. Stealing £10 in cash. Three times fined for obscene language. 7. Thomas Marjoram (Bailed on Committal.) Between 1st February and 5th February 1912, did steal a magneto, value £12:10:0, property of Vauxhall Motors Limited. Also between 26th and 30th November 1911, did steal magneto, value £12:0:0 the property of the Vauxhall Motors Ltd. 8. Lewis Alexander Dryden (Bailed on Committal.) During November 1911, did receive of Charles Bromwich, one magneto, the property of the Vauxhall Motors Ltd., which had them lately before been stolen, he, the said Lewis Alexander Dryden, then well knowing the same to have been feloniously stolen. 9. Thomas Tilcock, 27, Labourer On 1st April 1912, at Totternhoe, did assault beat, wound, illtreat John Duke Sawry, occasioning unto him actual. Previous Offences 3 Months Hard Labour Petty Sessions Dunstable 5.7.10 Stealing 2 fowls. Find 10/9 costs Petty Sessions Dunstable 19.3.12 Stealing 2 pots of Jam Also 19 summary convictions for Assault, Begging, Drunkenness etc. from 3.2.04 to 18.7.11 10. Frederick Tilcock, 29, Labourer Previous Offences: Fined 20/- and costs Petty Sessions Dunstable 19.3.12 Stealing Coal Once fined for Refusing to Quit.
