- Scope and ContentJoseph Baker was convicted on his own confession that on 15th January 1910 in the parish of Salford he did break and enter the dwelling house of Mary Emmerton and steal therein 4 pounds weight of beef & 2 eggs the property of the said Mary Emmerton after a previous conviction it was ordered by the court that the said Joseph Baker be imprisoned and kept at Hard Labour for 9 calendar months.
