    Indictment Herbert Woodcock The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their oath present that Herbert Woodcock on the twenty second day of October in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and ten the dwelling house of Stewart Butler Hubbard situated in the Parish of Stopsley in the County aforesaid feloniously did break and enter with intent the good and chattels of the said Steward Butler Hubbard in the said dwelling house then being feloniously to steal take and carry away and three gold rings, three rings, one pair of boots, two boots and the sum of four shillings and eight pence in money of the moneys goods and chattels of the said Stewart Butler Hubbard then in the said dwelling house then feloniously did steal take and carry away against the form of the statute in such case made and provided and against the Peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that: Alfred Waite afterwards to wit on the twenty fifth day of October in the year aforesaid two rings and two gold rings of the goods and chattels aforesaid before then feloniously stolen taken and carried away feloniously did receive and have he the said Alfred Waite then well knowing the said rings to have been feloniously stolen taken and carried away against the form of the Statue in such case made and provided. Second Count And the Jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that on the twenty second day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred at the Court of Summary Jurisdiction sitting at Leicester in and for the Borough of Leicester the said Herbert Woodcock was convicted of Felony. Plea: Woodcock – Guilty Waite – Not Guilty Verdict: Waite - Not Guilty Sentence: Woodcock 18 months HAD Labour Second Count: Admits previous conviction
