R –v- Henry Denton (Appellant) 23rd January 1911 Upon consideration being this day had by the Court of Criminal Appeal as duly constituted for the hearing of Appeals under the Act of the application of the above-named Appellant for :- (a) Extension of time within which Notice of Appeal or of application for leave to appeal to given. *(b) Leave to appeal against sentence. *(c) Legal aid to be assigned to him. *(d) Permission to him to be present at the hearing of the application for leave to appeal. (e) Bail (f) Leave to call further evidence. The Court doth finally determine the said application and doth refuse them. *Indicates the Appellants reason for application of this Appeal.
