Mortgage payable with interest of 5% per annum All that piece or parcel of land forming part of Station View Estate, Dunstable, situate in High Street North (or Watling Street) and bounded on or towards the south west side by High Street North aforesaid to which it has frontage of 17 feet 2 inches or thereabouts and having a width at the rear of 13 ft 8 inches or thereabouts and a depth of 138 feet or thereabouts, which said piece or parcel of land consists of a strip of land 3 ft wide detailed in a conveyance dated 20 March 1934 (Z1362/6/8/1/10) And the northwestermost portion of the piece or parcel of land was conveyed to James Snoxell by a conveyance dated 19 March 1934. Along with the right of the owners / occupiers of adoining properties on the south east to pass or repass with or without horse, carts, carriages, motors and other vehicles over and along the right of way from High Street North upon paying a just proportion of maintenance of the same. All that plot of land situate in High Street North on the north west side of the property first described and having a frontage to High Street North of 11 feet 4 inches or thereabouts and a depth of 138 feet or thereabouts, delineated in deed of exchange between Sydney Barnard James Snoxell and Thomas Elliott dated 25 April 1934. Together with the messuage, or dwellinghouse, and shop erected on said pieces or parcels of land or part thereof known as number 214 High Street North. Signed and sealed: S. G.
