Defaulting of mortgage payments by (1) Sale of land by (2) on 6 October 1920 by auction to (3) All that piece or parcel of land forming part of the Station View Estate, Dunstable, Bedfordshire situate in High Street North (or Watling Street) and bounded on or towards the south west side by High Street North aforesaid to which it has a frontage of 60 feet with a depth of 138 feet or thereabouts, which said pice of land contains admeasurement 30 poles, 17 yards and 6 feet or thereabouts. (Dimensions and abuttals shown on the the plan in Z1362/6/8/1/2) Together with full and free right of way and passage at all time for (3) his heirs and assigns either with or without horses, carts, wagons and carriages up through over along and across the new road leading into High Street North from the north east end of the right of way hereinafter mentioned into High Street North, to and from the rear of the piece of land hereby conveyed. And also a similar right of way over the piece of ground coloured blue on the plan, leading from the said new road to the rear of the piece of land hereby conveyed.
