- parcel of land in Brook Street, Luton bounded North east side by land of John Sinfield and measuring in length 132 feet on the south west side by land formerly of Moses William Scott but now of William Walter Meachant and measuring 132 feet and on the south east side by the Luton Moor measuring 40 feet and on the north west side by Brook Street having a frontage of 40 feet.
Recites indenture of conveyance dated 26 July 1897 between Frederick Scott and William Green.

3 July 1915 - in consideration of all principal money and interst having been paid Matthew Plummer as mortgagee conveys until William Green the land as previously conveyed. Signed Matthew Plummer.
