    The Jurors for our Lord the King upon their oath present that Thomas Pritchett on the twelfth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and ten one Lilian Pritchett unlawfully and indecently did assault and her the said Lilian Pritchett did then beat would and illtreat and other wrongs to the said Lilian Pritchett did to the great damage of the said Lilian Pritchett against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lord the King and his Crown and Dignity. Plea: Not guilty. Second Count And the jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas Pritchett on the day and year aforesaid in and upon the said Lilian Pritchett did make and assault and her the said Lilian Pritchett did then beat would and illtreat and other wrongs to the said Lilian Pritchett did to the great damage of the said Lilian Pritchett against the peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. Verdict: Not guilty. Third Count And the jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas Pritchett on the sixteenth day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and ten one Lilian Pritchett unlawfully and indecently did assault and her the said Lilian Pritchett did then beat would and illtreat and other wrongs to the said Lilian Pritchett did to the great damage of the said Lilian Pritchett against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lord the King and his Crown and Dignity. Fourth Count And the jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas Pritchett on the day and year aforesaid in and upon the said Lilian Pritchett did make and assault and her the said Lilian Pritchett did then beat would and illtreat and other wrongs to the said Lilian Pritchett did to the great damage of the said Lilian Pritchett against the peace of our Lord the King his Crown and Dignity. Fifth Count And the jurors aforesaid upon their oath aforesaid do further present that the said Thomas Pritchett on the nineteenth day of February in the year of our Lord One thousand nine hundred and ten one Lilian Pritchett unlawfully and indecently did assault and her the said Lilian Pritchett did then beat would and illtreat and other wrongs to the said Lilian Pritchett did to the great damage of the said Lilian Pritchett against the form of the Statute in such case made and provided and against the peace of our Lord the King and his Crown and Dignity.
