    Abstract of title 1) Bethel Ware of 37 Cardiff Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, lithographer 2) Henry John Ware, gentleman John Francis Taylor, esquire James Melrose, esquire Reciting: 19 August 1892 - Indenture between (1) and mortgagees (2) . Consideration of £3000. (1) to pay interest on mortgage of 5 1/2 % per annum All that piece or parcel of land situated in the parish and borough of Dunstable, Bedfordshire and bounded on or towards the north east by the High Street, on or towards the north west by Garden Road, on or towards the south west by Bull Pond Lane and on or towards the south east by Periwinkle Lane. Together with the 8 messuages or dwelling houses with the outbuildings erected thereon or on some part thereof. All that piece or parcel of land situated in Dunstable aforesaid and bounded on or towards by land belonging to Henry William Johnson esquire and others, on or towards the north west by land late belonging to Mr Oliver and then to Alfred Oliver, on or towards the south west by land belonging to the said Henry William Johnson and on or towards the south east by Garden Road. All that piece or parcel of land situated at Dunstable aforesaid and bounded on or towards the north east by land belonging to the said H W Johnson on or towards the north west by land late belonging to Mr Oliver and then to Alfred Oliver, on or towards the south west by Bull Pond Lane, on or towards the south east by Garden Road. All plots delineated and described with dimensions and boundaries on the plan attached to front of abstract and coloured pink. Policy of insurance of the Yorkshire Fire & Life insurance company dated 13 July 1892. Sum of £2000 payable on death of Bethel Ware or his attaining 65 years of age.
